What currency are prices shown in?

All prices on our website are shown in AUD.

When will my order ship?

We aim to pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your product is on the move.

How long does shipping take?

We ship locally within Australia using trusted couriers (e.g., Sendle/AusPost).
Delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days

  • Regional areas: 4–10 business days

  • Remote areas: Varies slightly depending on location

Tracking is provided for all orders.

Can I return my order if I’m not happy with it?

Absolutely. If your product arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return:

  • Email us at info@bcubed.store

  • Include your name + order number

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive the product back in unused condition, we’ll process a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — as long as the order has not shipped yet.
If it has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process once it arrives.

I entered the wrong address — what do I do?

If you accidentally entered the wrong address, email us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@bcubed.store.

If the parcel hasn’t shipped yet, we can correct it immediately.
If it has already shipped, delivery may not be able to be changed and the order may need to be returned to us before resending.

Do you offer refunds for change of mind?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but if the product is unopened and unused, you may return it at your own cost for store credit.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Australia.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage we ship within Australia only.
